We were in search of the perfect party member and Fern has arrived at Youtooz to answer our call! At 9 inches tall and sitting with her legs kicked forward as a short smile crosses her face underneath a blunt fringe, two long strands of hair hang to either side of her head as the rest falls down her back and is secured with an ornate hairpiece.
